The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the trial court correctly dismissed the administrative appeal by the plaintiff, Daniel M. Goldfisher, from the decision by the Connecticut siting council (siting council) on the basis that the plaintiff was not aggrieved.1 We affirm the judgment dismissing the plaintiff's administrative appeal.
