Gulf Shores, L.L.C., appeals a judgment for attorneys' fees and costs entered in favor of Riverwood Community Development District. Because Riverwood failed to timely serve a motion for fees and costs pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.525, we reverse.
