¶ 1 Appellant Dyane Corbett, personal representative of the Estate of Doris Loucks, appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Manor Care of America, Inc.; Manor Care Health Services, Inc.; Manor Care of Arizona, Inc. (all corporate subsidiaries of Manor Care, Inc.); and several employees of Manor Care, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Corbett also appeals from the trial court's dismissal of her complaint...
