Steven Jones was convicted for his part in a conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and use cocaine base, and sentenced to 300 months incarceration. His appeal alleges a host of due process violations, notably prosecutorial misconduct, in addition to improper jury instructions and sentencing violations.
