OPINION

JONES, Chief Judge.

In this case former employees of the defendant du Pont de Nemours and Company ("DuPont"), claim that DuPont's sale of its textile manufacturing business interfered with their federally-protected retirement benefits and discriminated against them on account of age. Based on the summary judgment record, I find that DuPont is entitled to judgment in its favor.
