This is a class action lawsuit arising out of a discharge of oil, grease, and other contaminants from a Mobil Oil refinery in Chalmette, Louisiana into the Mississippi River. Following the discharge, the contaminants were drawn into the St. Bernard Parish water system and then distributed to users throughout the parish. Pursuant to a joint trial plan, a bench trial was held in this matter at which the claims of thirteen named plaintiffs...
