This matter is before the court on Brian Cox's ("Cox") motion to remand and Sprung's Transport & Movers, Ltd. ("Sprung's") and Ian Bamstead's ("Bamstead") (collectively "Defendants") motion to set aside entry of default pursuant to Rule 55(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.1 For the reasons below, the court denies Cox's motion to remand and grants the Defendants' motion...
