Appellant David Toth sued respondent Gerald Arason individually and d/b/a Arason's Body Shop for breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, and violations of Minn.Stat. §§ 325F.60 (2004), and 325F.63 (2004), which are part of the Truth in Repairs Act, and Minn.Stat. § 325F.69 (2004), which is part of the Consumer Fraud Act.
