ANDERSON, G. BARRY, Justice.

Hanifi Marlow Jihad, formerly known as Marlow Devette Jones, appeals the denial of his second petition for postconviction relief alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, entitlement to a new trial based on the cumulative effect of trial errors, and a violation of his right to confrontation at trial. The postconviction court denied the petition. We affirm.
