¶ 1 Mitch Palmer (Palmer) contracted to purchase a parcel of real property from Ernest Bahm (Bahm) pursuant to a buy-sell agreement. Bahm sold a small piece of that parcel to Teresa Punt (Punt) pursuant to an option contract with Punt. Palmer sued Bahm alleging that Bahm breached the buy-sell agreement and the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing when he allowed Punt to exercise her option...
