SUMMARY OF THE CASE

¶ 1. On March 16, 2004, a jury sitting before the Walthall County Circuit Court found Patrick Dean Lattimer guilty of two counts of sexual battery. On April 8, 2004, the circuit court sentenced Lattimer to two thirty-year sentences.
