¶ 1 PETERSON, J.

IMT Insurance Company appeals a summary judgment allowing David Schleusner to recover benefits under the uninsured motorist (UM) portion of his automobile insurance policy. Because the policy unambiguously excludes coverage for Schleusner's injuries, we reverse the judgment and remand with directions to grant summary judgment in favor of IMT.
