Gheorghe Mutascu, a native and citizen of Romania, petitions for review from a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") ordering him removed from the United States and denying discretionary relief because he had been convicted of an aggravated felony. We deny Mutascu's petition for review.
