¶ 1 PETERSON, J.

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company appeals a judgment declaring Shayna Gresens entitled to $50,000 under the underinsured motorist (UIM) portion of her policy. Because the reducing clause excluding payment is ambiguous when viewed in the context of the entire policy, we affirm the judgment.
