Plaintiff appeals as of right an order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm.

Plaintiff became interested in purchasing National Truck Refinishers, Inc. (NTR), on the basis of real estate broker Rob Smith's recommendation.
