Stevens Construction Corporation was, for a number of years, a member of the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee, Inc., (AGC), one of several employers' associations that bargain collectively with the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters. In 2003, prior to the expiration of a 1999-2004 agreement between the AGC and the Carpenters (the "1999 CBA"), Stevens withdrew from the AGC. The AGC subsequently negotiated a new agreement...
