Before the court for ruling is the motion of defendant CIT Group pursuant to Rule 12(c), Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c) (made applicable by Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7012(b)), for judgment on the pleadings on the adversary complaint of debtor Mark J. Hodges. In his complaint, Hodges seeks to rescind his mortgage with CIT based on federal and state statutory violations he claims occurred when the loan was made....
