James P. Rivers faces charges of theft of unemployment benefits and making false statements to obtain unemployment benefits. Rivers moved to suppress the statements he made to a Division of Employment Security investigator at an interview. Superior Court Judge Michael L. Wolverton granted Rivers's suppression motion. Judge Wolverton found that Rivers was legally compelled by state statute and Division of Employment Security...
