The plaintiff, Gregory James Klumpp, moves to dismiss the suspensive appeal of the defendant, Susan Dows Blake Klumpp, based on irregularities pursuant to La. Code Civ.P. art. 2161. For the reasons assigned, we deny the motion to dismiss and remand the case to the trial court for further consideration as explained below.
