Plaintiffs, Amanda Le and her mother, Trang Le, appeal from an adverse judgment in their action against American Family Insurance Company (American Family), their uninsured-motorist carrier. They also appeal from the district court's reduction of the damages awarded against defendant Yaacov Vaknin based on a third-party payment of plaintiffs' medical expenses.
