The Butler County Deputy Sheriffs' Unit (Unit) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County (trial court), that affirmed a final order of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (Board) dismissing the Unit's exceptions to the proposed order of the Board's hearing examiner.
