HEANEY, Circuit Judge.

On October 28, 2004, Qusai Mahasin was convicted of assaulting an Assistant United States Attorney engaged in official duties, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1). The district court1 sentenced Mahasin to sixty months imprisonment to be served consecutively to his sentence from previous convictions. Mahasin alleges several issues on appeal. We affirm.
