Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Chance's Motion To Reconsider (D.I.125). By his Motion, Plaintiff Marvin D. Chance requests the Court to reconsider its Order (D.1.101) denying Plaintiff's Motion To Remand (C.A. No. 06-265-JJF, D.I.33). For the reasons that follow, the Court will deny the Motion.
