Plaintiff-Appellant Donna Valentine ("Plaintiff" or "Valentine") worked in the City of Chicago's Department of Transportation ("CDOT") as a motor truck driver. She alleges that she was sexually harassed by a co-worker, John Tominello and that her supervisors took no action in response to her complaints.
