Ronald W. Morters appeals, pro se, from a judgment ordering him to pay $27,943.11 in frivolous costs to Aiken & Scoptur, S.C., et al. Morters contends that the trial court erred in including in that award $17,820.02, which was incurred in the appellate proceedings of this case.
