Roy Medlin ("Appellant") appeals the trial court's judgment granting a joint motion to dismiss Respondent Guaranty Federal Savings Bank ("the Bank"), and the trustee of its deed of trust, Respondent Husch Trustee, Inc. ("Trustee"), from Appellant's mechanic's lien action. As more fully explained below, we determine Appellant's appeal is moot and, also, he was not "aggrieved" by the trial court's dismissal.
