This appeal arises from the death of Lucresia Ann Chaisson caused by asbestos related mesothelioma. Her husband and two major daughters filed suit against multiple defendants, including past employers of her husband, Evano Chaisson, Jr., alleging that household exposure to asbestos from washing his work clothes caused her mesothelioma.
