MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case came before the court on April 18, 2006, pursuant to an order to show cause as to why this case should not be dismissed due to the failure of Danny Lee Carr (the "Debtor") to obtain pre-petition, non-profit, budget and credit counseling as required by 11 U.S.C. § 109(h).
