I. INTRODUCTION

When the parties divorced in 1974, no account was taken in the decree dividing the parties' property of Charles Morgan's unvested pension. In 2000 Elizabeth Morgan learned of the pension, and in 2003 she moved to modify the property division decree. The superior court granted her motion.
