(which we will treat, for purposes of this opinion, as one entity called "Reinke") have been in a longstanding dispute with a local Union ("Union") and the Chicago District Council of Carpenters Pension Fund ("Fund"). This litigation had its inception when the Fund sued Reinke alleging a deficiency in pension and welfare contributions Reinke was required to make according to a collective bargaining...
