Jeremiah Jackson appeals from the circuit court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P. On February 5, 1997, Jackson was convicted of capital murder for the killing of Vicki Carroll. The murder was made capital because it was committed during the course of a first-degree robbery.
