Plaintiffs, twenty-six1 former employees of Financial Fusion, Inc. (FFI), filed suit against FFI and its parent company, Sybase, Inc., (Sybase) (defendants), for violations under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN). 29 U.S.C. § 2101 et seq. The parties filed cross motions for summary judgment, and the district court ruled for plaintiffs. The court subsequently entered final judgment...
