William Larry Sullivan appeals the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim. P., petition for postconviction relief, in which he attacked the sentence imposed on him for his March 1990 conviction for murder. Sullivan appealed his conviction, and this Court affirmed the conviction with an unpublished memorandum. Sullivan v. State, 586 So.2d 309 (Ala.Crim.App.1991) (table).
