Christine Faye Aymond Dauzat, as Administratrix of the estate of her deceased son, Jeramy Lee Dauzat, appeals the trial court's grant of a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Eagle American Insurance Company, dismissing her claim for the policy proceeds on a credit life policy issued to Jeramy.
