Lynnebrook and Woodbrook Associates (Taxpayer) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County (trial court), granting Millersville Borough's (Borough) motion for judgment on the pleadings and denying Taxpayer's motion for judgment on the pleadings. We affirm.
