In this appeal, we determine whether the trial court properly entered a divorce decree based on a mediated settlement agreement. Benjamin Clay Haynes (Husband) appeals the trial court's division of property in the divorce decree granted in this suit for divorce brought by Donnia Lenn Haynes (Wife).
