Jatinder P. Sabhlok, defendant and counter-plaintiff, appeals from the entry of a declaratory judgment in favor of his former employer, plaintiff and counter-defendant The Kellogg Company. The district court found, on cross-motions for summary judgment, that the Separation Agreement and Release of Claims Form and the subsequent Amendment thereto unambiguously released and barred the breach of contract and age discrimination...
