After a thorough review of the record and the applicable law, we find the trial court abused its discretion in denying the plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The trial court's conclusion that there was nothing to enjoin, since the evidence established that the Attorney General's office had seized the misappropriated computer disks and files is clearly unsupported by the record.
