GILMAN, Circuit Judge.
Nathan Dotz pled guilty to possessing trifluoromenthylphenyl piperazine (TMFPP), a Schedule I narcotic, with the intent to distribute, and to possessing cocaine. The district court sentenced Dotz in January of 2005.
