Dani Yaacoub Masse ("Masse") and Patrick Allen Vasquez ("Vasquez") pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B) and 846. The district court1 sentenced Masse to 151 months' imprisonment and five years' supervised release and Vasquez to 135 months' imprisonment...
