¶ 1 Defendant Greenline Equipment, L.L.C. (Greenline) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Plaintiff Lewiston State Bank (the Bank). Greenline argues that it maintains a priority position in disputed collateral as the holder of a refinanced purchase-money security interest (PMSI).
