In these consolidated cases arising out of the loss of the M/V DG HARMONY, certain non-vessel carrier defendants (the "Carrier Defendants") seek indemnification from defendant PPG Industries, Inc. ("PPG") for amounts they paid to settle claims asserted against them by cargo and vessel interests and for their litigation expenses.1 Before the Court are the Carrier
