OPINION

CORNISH, Bankruptcy Judge.

Centex Home Equity Company, LLC ("Centex") appeals a Judgment entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado in favor of the Chapter 7 trustee, ("Trustee") avoiding a transfer made by the debtors to Centex pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the decision of the bankruptcy court.
