In this case the appellate court found section 115-10 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 (725 ILCS 5/115-10 (West 2004)) facially unconstitutional, without addressing the nonconstitutional grounds upon which the case could be decided. 355 Ill.App.3d 564, 291 Ill.Dec. 443, 823 N.E.2d 1029
