Patricia West filed a wrongful death lawsuit against USA Truck, Inc., and Donald Ray Jones, Sr., for damages arising from a vehicle accident resulting in the death of her son, Nathan Gary Condor. A jury awarded actual damages of $500,000.00 against USA Truck and Jones, and $750,000.00 in punitive damages against Jones only.
