Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

When James Elwyn Sykes was fifteen or sixteen years old, he had a sexual relationship with S.W., who was then at least three years younger than he. Sykes was indicted for sexual assault of S.W., but, pursuant to a plea agreement, pled guilty to the lesser charge of child endangerment.
