MESSITTE, District Judge.

Vernon Powell, through counsel, has filed a Motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate and Set Aside Sentence by Prisoner in Federal Custody. He has also filed two Supplements to this Motion: (1) A Pro Se Supplement; and (2) a Supplement submitted by counsel.1

For the following reason, the Court DNIES the Motion.
