A juvenile court found R.F., a sixteen-year-old boy, delinquent for committing two felony counts of theft by taking motor vehicle, OCGA § 16-8-2. He was also found to have committed the offenses of curfew violation, OCGA § 15-11-2, loitering and prowling, OCGA § 16-11-36, and criminal trespass, OCGA § 16-7-21(a), as a lesser included offense of burglary.
