Defendant, John P. Sherman, appeals the trial court order denying his Crim. P. 35(c) motion. We affirm.

Defendant was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. A division of this court affirmed the judgment of conviction on direct appeal. People v.
