Appellant-Defendant Bolivar Dexta ("Dexta") was convicted, after a jury trial, on three counts related to a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine mixture. His first sentence was vacated by this court pursuant to United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005).
